Charlie Marrero (Gran Canaria). In the field of cultural management and project coordination, her work leading events related to LGBTIQ+ diversity, feminisms and creative-cultural development in the elderly group stands out.

Especially interested in the work of production, planning and logistics of activities focused on the multidisciplinary and multicultural, Marrero has worked with institutions, associations and companies such as AMULL – Association of Seniors of the University of La Laguna (Project “Seniors on their land”, "Literary Seed" Project), the Government of the Canary Islands (Women, Visibility and Culture Days held in Fuerteventura), Canary Islands Library ("Words on the Margin" Project), La Laguna City Council (LGBTI Pride), La Orotava City Council (Dialogues LGBTI cultural events), Algarabía Association (LGBTI Pride of Tenerife 2015-2019), Chrysallis Canarias Association (Canarian Trans Families Coexistence in Gran Canaria), Lude Gestiones (director of the children's shows Musical Grease and Musical El Rey León), Cáritas (coordinator of the children's coexistence "Creating a New Future").

In Cauprogés, he develops production work at the Atlántico Sonoro, Encuentros en el Mar and Encuentros en el Mal festivals, as well as the artistic coordination of the Encuentro Cultura y Derechos Humanos Festival, whose activities are held in various venues throughout the archipelago. Likewise, his work as production manager extends to Cauprogés' own shows (I love Shirley Valentine, One day there will be an island, Quartet for the end of time...) and those that are part of its distribution portfolio in the Canary Islands ( Nuria Espert, Alberto Boadella, Ignasi Vidal, Yllana…)

He has completed studies in various areas of knowledge (Higher Technician in Early Childhood Education and Higher Technician in Social Integration), among which are awareness of equal opportunities, gender violence and diversity; human Resources; effective time management; prevention of occupational hazards; emotional intelligence. Similarly, it is worth noting his facet as a trainer in presentations, workshops and talks on LGBTIQ+ rights, affective-sexual diversity, inclusive education and diverse families.
